How to receive the items
Galleria Mariana uses different systems for delivery, by regular mail or courier, to satisfy all customer needs.
If the customer can pick up the products in store, he just can comunicate us.
It will be sufficient to go to our store in Rome on Via di Porta Angelica 65/67 and showing the receipt of payment obtained via e-mail at the end of the buying process; the items will be available since the day after the order, if in stock, and you'll receive a refund of shipping costs.
In the event that it becomes necessary to get products at home, Galleria Mariana uses national mail service or international courier to ship the items.
Depending on the value of products, the company will opt for shipping via courier or mail service; domestic shipments generally provide a delivery within 4 working days or within 48 hours, with the courier .
The products, if the are purchased out of Italy, will be normally received within 3/4 days, but it also depends from the distance and the country of destination.
Once you order, when will the goods be shipped ?

If the customer pays via bank transfer, the company will ship as soon as it receives the amount on the bank account.

What happens if no one is present at the address described?
The courier, in that case, leaves a message that informs the customer that the parcel is in stock at a post office or it calls the customer to arrange an appointment to pick up the goods.
If within seven days no one goes to pick it up, or there is no way to contact the customer, the parcel is returned to the company.

Delivery is free in the following cases :

No, you must pay the products via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer before the shipping.
