Payment methods

The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout before the order is submitted and may vary according to the country, currency, device or amount. They may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and other methods enabled on the store.

Card payments and electronic wallets

Electronic payments are processed through Shopify and authorised payment providers over encrypted connections. Nuova Galleria Mariana S.r.l. neither receives nor stores the full card number or its security codes. The provider may require additional authentication, such as 3D Secure.

Bank transfer

When bank transfer is available, the correct bank details and instructions are provided at checkout or in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, the order is processed after the funds have been credited. Include the order number and buyer’s name in the payment reference. Do not make payments to bank details received through unverified channels; if in doubt, contact info@galleriamariana.com.

Charges, failed payments and refunds

If the payment is not authorised or is unsuccessful, the order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds due are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless a different arrangement permitted by law is agreed. The time needed for a refund to appear after it has been issued depends on the payment provider.

Security

Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes by email or through the contact form. For payment assistance, write to info@galleriamariana.com, providing only the order number and the strictly necessary information.
