Payment methods
Purchases made on Galleria Mariana are safe and secured. The entire website and the transactions are SSL encrypted.
The site allows you to pay securely items purchased in the following ways :
1 - Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Debit prepaid Cards (Visa Electron, Postepay);
2 - Bank transfer;
3 - PayPal.
Credit card
In the purchases paid by credit card, the customer's bank during the checkout process authorizes the payment of the amount of your purchase and to debit the amount from the credit card.
The information provided will be handled so as to guarantee the absolute security of the transaction.
In case of cancellation of the order for any reason, Galleria Mariana will refund the full amount; the release times depend exclusively on the banking system.
The buyer must notify us, by phone or via fax/mail, the account number and IBAN code on which to refund the credit.

Security in credit card transactions
To ensure maximum security for payments, transactions online purchases on Galleria Mariana paid by credit card are made with Verisign certification, through a secure server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system of protection.

At the time you pay the order by credit card, the site Galleria Mariana automatically redirect the client to a secure page (SSL) on the website of the bank that will handle the transaction.

Nuova Galleria Mariana s.r.l. can't get the number of the credit card for any reason.
The code is used only for the payment transaction; if the payment is successful, you receive your confirmation instantly and Galleria Mariana receives from the bank only the authorization given by the the credit card holder.
Bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, the order will be handled only after receiving the bank confirmation. Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of the order; exceeded this deadline, the order will be canceled. The bank transfer has to specify - in the description of payment - the order number, the order date and the name of the customer.
The products availability is to be evaluated only from the time of crediting.

Paypal
PayPal is a modern, simple, fast and reliable method of payment.
Very popular on the web, it allows you to purchase without entering credit card details on the site where you buy items.
If you select the PayPal payment you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your email address/password and easily pay the products.
In this case the financial data will not be shared with the Nuova Galleria Mariana s.r.l. but will be handled directly by PayPal .
If the order is canceled or, for whatever reason, payment is not accepted , the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account .
Galleria Mariana will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during refunds.
